Review and reuse an interview record
Find saved transcripts and cues, write review notes, export a record and carry useful questions into the next round.
Interview history brings together the saved conversation, generated cues and your notes. Read them as different kinds of information. A cue is a suggested answer; it does not prove you said it or that the interviewer agreed with it.
Check that the interview finished saving
Section titled “Check that the interview finished saving”Use End in the interview page and wait for the saved state. If saving fails, keep that page open and retry. Closing a page with unsaved content can lose the part that has not reached your account.
In history, search for the company or role, then open the matching record. Use the date and role together if you have several rounds. Load additional records when the first list does not include the one you need.
Review the question before judging the answer
Section titled “Review the question before judging the answer”For each important question, compare the transcript with what you remember. Correct misheard names or technical terms in your own notes. Then separate the following.
| Record | What it tells you | What it cannot establish |
|---|---|---|
| Transcript | The words captured and transcribed | A perfect recording of every word |
| Saved cue | What OfferWoo suggested | What you actually said |
| Your notes | Your own corrections and observations | The interviewer’s private assessment |
| Generated review | Suggested improvements based on the available record | An offer prediction or an employer’s score |
A missing section may reflect missing audio or a saving failure. Do not treat an incomplete record as a complete account of the interview.
Write notes that change your next answer
Section titled “Write notes that change your next answer”Choose a question you struggled with. Write the exact gap, the fact you need to check, and the next practice action. “Explain scalability better” is hard to act on. “Explain why we kept the write path synchronous, and check the measured peak traffic” gives you something to do.
Select Save notes after editing. If another window has changed the record, compare the latest saved notes before replacing anything. Leaving a page with edits is different from saving them.
Generate a review and keep useful questions
Section titled “Generate a review and keep useful questions”Select Generate review. Processing, failure and insufficient conversation are separate outcomes. If a review fails, retry when offered; your transcript and notes remain useful. A very short conversation may not contain enough material for a useful review.
Once ready, select the questions worth carrying forward, enter a material name, then choose Save to materials. You can select up to 20 questions at a time. Open the created material and check it. To use it in a later interview, select it for that role; saving it does not add it to every future session.
Before reuse, remove guessed facts and misleading transcription. Keep the question, the point you missed and your corrected evidence. Use the project-note template when a follow-up reveals a missing project detail.
Export or delete a record
Section titled “Export or delete a record”Download saved record downloads the saved data as JSON. Keep it in a private location and check the file before deleting anything. It is a data export, not a video or audio recording.
Delete interview record removes that interview’s transcript, cues, notes and review. Usage and billing records remain. A material you already saved separately should be managed in Materials. If you want broader account deletion, read Account & sign-in and the privacy policy.
For the next round, create or update an interview plan, select the corrected material, and practice answering the question without reading a full script.
