Sign in and manage your account
Recover sign-in, connect the desktop app, review signed-in devices, export data and understand account deletion.
Your email in the top-right user menu identifies the account you are using. Check it before diagnosing missing materials, minutes or orders. Signing in with another email can put you in a different account even on the same computer.
Choose a sign-in method
Section titled “Choose a sign-in method”Use an available Apple, Google or GitHub button, an email code, or your account password. A first successful email-code sign-in creates the account. Enter the address you intend to keep using on web and desktop.
If a code does not arrive, check the address and spam folder before requesting another. Use the newest requested code. Do not send codes to support or to someone offering to complete login for you.
When an identity provider opens a separate page, finish the request you started. If it expires, return to OfferWoo’s sign-in page and start a fresh attempt. A provider login and authorization to connect a desktop app are related but separate steps.
Why am I being asked to sign in again?
Section titled “Why am I being asked to sign in again?”An ordinary page switch within a verified Dashboard should keep the account visible. A fresh browser document still checks the session. Sign-out, password reset, revoked devices, expired sessions, private browsing or browser data removal can require a new sign-in.
If every return asks again, record the page address, browser mode and whether site data is cleared on exit. Check that you are using the same browser profile. Avoid clearing all browser data as your first troubleshooting step. Follow the sign-in troubleshooting guide if the session still fails to persist.
Connect the desktop app
Section titled “Connect the desktop app”Start Sign in from the installed app. Complete authentication in the browser it opens, inspect the account and allow the return to OfferWoo when prompted. Confirm the account inside the app before closing the browser page.
If the return fails, keep the app open and start sign-in again there. Do not reuse an old authorization URL or paste it into a message. Browser account data and a connected native UI may refresh at different times; check the actual account and saved item in each surface before relying on it.
Reset a password or manage login methods
Section titled “Reset a password or manage login methods”Use Reset password to verify the email and set a password of 10–128 characters. Resetting the password signs out other devices. If you are in an active interview, save or finish it before making account changes that could end the session.
In Account & devices, review the available sign-in methods and connect another supported method through its verification flow. Do not remove the only method you can currently use without confirming another one works.
Review devices and notifications
Section titled “Review devices and notifications”Account & devices lists sign-in records. A listed device is not necessarily online. Sign out a device you no longer control. Sign out of this browser ends the current browser session; it does not delete the account.
The bell in the top-right toolbar opens notifications, including account and payment updates. Marking a notification read does not change an order or complete a payout. Open the linked record to inspect its actual status.
Export before deleting
Section titled “Export before deleting”Use the account export action to download your available account data. Store it privately and confirm the file is readable. Account export does not create a public sharing link.
Deleting the account cannot be undone. Stop active interviews and export anything you need first. User content deletion is different from retention of financial or security records. Read the privacy policy for the applicable handling; deleting an account is not a refund request.
For a payment issue, keep the order reference and follow Billing. For another account problem, send the account email and visible error through Contact, without passwords or sign-in codes.
